15:45 – To add value to anyone, you need to understand them. You must know what is important to them, what their challenges are, what their targets are and what they are hoping for.

17:08 – Know how to get the trust of the people that surround you. Make them respect you and believe in you.

18:40 – To do this, you have to be very secure with your value and ability.

19:46 – If you are able to show the clarity about the value and impact that your team and your client can get, you will surely get compensated.
